Checking out materials at Beloit Public Library will be quicker and easier when most services resume Monday. Over the last eleven weeks, when the library was closed to the public, staff were able to add radio frequency tags to all items and patrons will be able to borrow a stack of books at one time at the self-check-out station. Library staff hope to add limited in-person programming by mid-June. Patrons will be asked to follow city of Beloit and CDC guidelines including wearing masks. Maximum occupancy will be limited to fewer than 200 patrons. Curbside pickup of materials will also continue.
