A 62-year-old Janesville man is under arrest on suspicion of 5th offense operating while intoxicated after being busted drinking beer in a vehicle parked at a gas station.

The Rock Country Sheriff’s Office says a citizen reported that a man was drinking Ice House beer while parked in a vehicle at Lions Quick Mark on Highway 14 in Janesville Township Thursday morning.

A deputy made contact with Charles E. Young who displayed signs of impairment and admitted he had been drinking.

In addition to the 5th offense OWI, Young was arrested for operating after revocation, open intoxicants in a vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
