Janesville police are investigating a suspicious incident involving a man recording two girls on his cell phone.

According to a news release around 3:00 Wednesday afternoon in the 1900 block of Mayfair Drive a man in a black SUV with stripes held his phone against the window while the juvenile females were riding their bikes in the area.

The girls rode home and notified an adult.

The children told police it was the same man who was standing alone watching them play in Zonta park about a week ago.

The suspect is described as a white man with blue eyes and dark hair.
