A segment of Mineral Point Avenue in Janesville is closed for emergency storm sewer repairs.

The section of Mineral Point Avenue from North Pine Street to North Chatham Street will be closed until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday with access to local driveways.

The intersection of Mineral Point Avenue and North Palm Street will be closed in all four directions.

Janesville Transit System bus routes will not be affected.

Drivers will be required to follow the posted detours.
