A charity with more than half-a-century of service in Janesville has new leadership.  The Board of Directors for Everyone Cooperating to Help Others has named Jessica Locher as Executive Director of the agency.  Locher has served ECHO in various roles since 2004, including Associate Director.  She became Interim Executive Director following the retirement of longtime leader Karen Lisser.  Locher says she’s proud to be chosen, and applauds past leadership for growing the agency into an amazing community partner serving the homeless and needy.
