Janesville police make an arrest in a weekend shots-fired incident. Witnesses say someone fired from the window of a passing vehicle in the 1500 block of Kellogg Avenue about 2:30 a.m. Saturday. No one was reported hurt.  Police say they got a lead on the suspect hanging out in a home on King Street Monday night and waited until he came out and drove away. Officers made a traffic stop and took 33-year-old Sam V. Kim of Chicago into custody without incident. Kim was arrested on charges including Recklessly Endangering Safety, having a Concealed Weapon, and Operating While Intoxicated. He was taken to the Rock County Jail to await an initial court appearance.
