Winter weather is having an impact on a local COVID-19 testing site. Rock County Director of Emergency Management, Sheriff’s Sergeant Shena Kohler, says due to the temperatures and wind chills during operational hours, testing Wednesday at Blackhawk Technical College is cancelled. The Wisconsin National Guard typically administers tests from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays weekly in the campus parking lot.
