The city of Edgerton is working a deal with a downtown business owner and Community Outreach to develop housing for homeless veterans.  Edgerton City Administrator Ramona Flanigan says the council has approved $150 thousand in tax incentives to purchase a long-empty three-story building in the 200 block of Fulton Street.  Another $200 thousand in incentives will help Edgerton Community Outreach take over the building and develop the second and third floors into apartments.  The first floor is expected to retain commercial space.  Community Outreach expects to have some units renovated as early as next year.
