A Packers loss and back to back snow emergencies make for a stressful few days for Janesville snow plow drivers.

Operations Director Maggie Darr says because there was only a half hour between when the snow emergency Monday was announced and when it went into affect, she directed the Janesville Police Department not to ticket or tow any vehicles.

Darr says all week she was expecting snow but was surprised when she had declare another snow emergency Monday after just completing a full plow on Sunday.
