The two men accused of firing more than 75 rounds at the Rockvale Mobile Home park last may are no longer in custody after the charges are dismissed.

According to online court records, Judge John Wood dismissed charges of attempted first-degree intentional homicide and nine counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety against 20-year-old Dakota Davidson of Beloit on January 11th.

Tuesday morning in Rock county Court Judge Barbara McCrory dismissed the same charges against 22-year-old Marcus Range of Beloit.

Davidson was being held on a $100,000 cash bond which was reduced to a signature bond the day before his charges were dropped.

Range was being held on a $50,000 cash bond.

The two were wanted in connection with an incident where multiple residences at the trailer court on the 6200 block of South Highway 51 were struck by gunfire.
