Janesville police appear to be having success in arresting drivers operating under the influence.  Police say five OWI arrests were made overnight Wednesday alone.  Two of those drivers are expected to face felony charges.  50-year-old Dawn M. Lindvedt of Janesville was arrested on charges including OWI Fifth Offense as well as Operating After Revoked Due to Alcohol, and Non-registration of an Automobile.  58-year-old David A. Ethridge of Monroe was arrested on charges including OWI Sixth Offense, Deviation from Designated Lane, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Officers do say this is an unusually high number of arrests for a single evening.
