Three Janesville men could face charges for their actions during racial justice protests in Madison this week.

The Madison Police Department released the names of 38 people arrested so far during the protests, which included Brandon Jacobson, Makenzee Jacobson and Keegan McAdory of Janesville.

Makenzee Jacobson was arrested for burglary to a building and violating the city’s curfew.

Brandon Jacobson’s arrest was for a probation violation, but police did not specify the violation other than being out past the curfew.

Keegan McAdory was cited and released for trespassing and curfew violations.

All three arrests were made just before 3:00 a.m. Tuesday.

Earlier this year, Makenzee Jacobson was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct in Rock County after Janesville police accused him and two others of attempting to lure children into a vehicle with candy.
