Police have surveillance video of what they believe to be a Janesville man delivering the drugs that caused the overdose death of another man.

23-year-old Lucas Jacobson is charged in Rock County Court with first-degree reckless homicide by delivering drugs.

The autopsy confirmed 22-year-old Walter VanKraanen of Janesville died on May 27 as a result of acute fentanyl intoxication.

Police say they have footage of Jacobson meeting VanKraanen in the parking lot of a gas station the night before that appeared to show the him delivering the drugs.

Officers also reviewed Facebook messages and spoke to a witness who led them to Jacobson as the suspect.

He is being held in the Rock County Jail on a $15,000 cash bond
