Rock County Public Health Epidemiologist Nick Zupan says social responsibility appears to be responsible for positivity in recent COVID-19 trends. Zupan says the health department is still testing a large number of residents everyday but trends for infection rates and hospitalizations are headed in the right direction. Still, he does warn against further reopening the economy until after realizing the impact of schools starting again.
