The appear to be a lot of rumors circulating about the former Perkins Restaurant property in Janesville.

Economic Development Director Gale Prices says some people thought the building would house the proposed Chick-fil-A Restaurant going in near Blains Farm and Fleet.

Price says the City has had some early discussions on redeveloping the Perkins property but nothing has come to fruition.

Price says the owner of the property recently made modifications to the site improving access to the site.
