A local State Senator will be very busy during the upcoming legislative session. Representative Janis Ringhand of Evansville has been appointed to five committees. They include Economic and Workforce Development, Financial Institutions and Revenue, Insurance, Licensing and Forestry, Organization, as well as, the Building Commission. The Democrat says she is honored to be appointed to so many important committess and will seek bipartisan solutions to the issues brought before them.
