Town of Delavan Police are making the public aware of a convicted sex offender who’s being released into the community.

According to a news release, 65-year-old John W. Kosche will be living at a residence on the 6200 block of State Highway 11 in Elkhorn.

Kosche was convicted of committing sex crimes with a teenage boy.

He will be on the Wisconsin sex offender registry for life and is required to comply with GPS monitoring.
