An aircraft may have crashed near the Southern Wisconsin Regional Airport. The Rock County Emergency Dispatch Center confirms a call at 9:18 a.m. Tuesday about a possible downed plane south of the airport and west of Highway 51. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office has responded and is planning a noon press conference.
