Time is running out to complete a survey on local health needs. The Health Equity Alliance of Rock County has developed the survey to help set priorities in improving resources for area residents. SSM Health St.Mary’s Hospital Janesville Community Health Manager Megan TImm says 600 people have already responded. The survey is conducted every three years and can be found on SSM Health’s Facebook page.
