The Welty Environmental Center in Beloit invites visitors to see first hand how maple syrup is made.

Program Director Aaron Wilson says a self-guided hike through Big Hill Park’s sugar bush is taking place through March 28th.

Wilson says to look for the blue bags hanging on the trunk of trees.

Parking is available to the southwest of the cabin.
