A 38-year-old Janesville man is under arrest for 4th offense operating while intoxicated after being picked up at a local pharmacy.

According to a news release, officer were dispatched to the Walgreens on Center Avenue just before 10:00 Thursday night on the report of an intoxicated person in a blue truck.

Officers made contact with Forrest N. Ellsworth who showed signs of impairment and failed several field sobriety tests.

Ellsworth was transported to the Rock County Jail on suspicion of OWI 4th offense.
