A 19-year-old Beloit man is bound over for trial on First Degree Intentional Homicide charges in a June 7th shooting death.  Journee R. Weathers Jr. is accused of killing 25-year-old Dre Vian Allen in a dispute over a vehicle.  Police say they have both witnesses and home security video to back up their case.  18-year-old Elontae M. Phiffer, and 19-year-old Damon E. Allen are charged with being party to the crime.  All three are accused of confronting the victim together at his home.
