
The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Office is releasing the name of the 38-year-old Madison man who died early Sunday morning in a single vehicle crash in the town of Fulton.
The Wisconsin State Patrol and the Rock County Sheriff’s Office responded to the accident at one of the roundabouts at the interchange with Highway 59 and Interstate 39/90 at around 1:15 a.m.
The crash caused the vehicle to start on fire after it ejected Terry D. McKinzy who died as a result.
The Medical Examiner says preliminary results of the autopsy confirm the McKinzy died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The driver of the vehicle, 23-year-old Reign Suttle was transported to Edgerton Hospital for her injuries and later arrested on suspicion of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and operating while intoxicated.
