A local business and a veterans group partner with the Wisconsin National Guard and Rock County Public Health Department for a pair of community COVID-19 vaccine clinics this weekend.

The shots will be available from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the Janesville Woodmans store.

Citizens can also get vaccinated from noon until 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the Beloit VFW Corn Boil at 2711 South Afton Road.

The clinics will be offering the Pfizer vaccine for those ages 12 and up, and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine for those ages 18 and up.

Participants receiving the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine can receive the second dose a minimum of three weeks later from any COVID-19 vaccine provider that is offering the Pfizer vaccine.
