A large number of Rock County residents have been removed from the voting rolls. The Wisconsin Elections Commission sent out more than five-thousand postcards asking Rock County voters if they wanted to remain registered, and only 336 said yes. County Clerk Lisa Tollefson says anyone contacted or removed from the rolls can easily reregister. Tollefson says the easiest way is on-line at my-vote-dot-wi-gov, their local clerk’s officer, or even on election day at the polls. She says this is nothing new and the Elections Commission does this every two years after the general election. In all, across the state, more than 200-thousand voters were removed from the rolls.
