A Janesville firefighter suffers heat related injuries during an early morning call on the city’s northwest side.  Battalion Chief Chris Lukas says firefighters were dispatched a little before 5:30 a.m. Tuesday morning to Wedges Bar in the 2000 block of North Washington Street.  First responders found smoke coming from the building.  Lukas says the fire appears to have originated in the kitchen area of the bar.  Damage totals about $75 thousand to the building and $50 thousand to the contents.
