A convicted sex offender is being released into the Janesville community.  39-year-old Rodney M. Mouth was convicted of Second Degree Sexual Assault of a Child in 2002.  The Wisconsin Department of Corrections says Mouth is being relocated to Rock Valley Community Programs on West Sunny Lane.  Conditions of his placement include no unsupervised contact with minors, no alcohol or drugs, and to cooperate with electronic monitoring.
