Local businesses may benefit from a new program helping soon to be released prisoners find jobs.  The Rock County Job Center will share in an almost four-million dollar federal grant through the Southwest Wisconsin Workforce Development Board intended to help individuals involved in the criminal justice system.  Special Project Supervisor Marcia Galvin says the program could help reduce recidivism by supplying a self supporting second chance.  Galvin says the program also comes at a time when employers are grappling with a worker shortage.
