As fall classes get underway Monday at Blackhawk Technical College, enrollment is up.  BTC Director of Instructional Research and Effectiveness Jon Tysse says enrolment is 12% higher than last fall.  Tysse says students and employers are saying increased pay for much needed skilled workers is driving the trend.  Enrollment is currently more than 24oo and at its highest point in ten-years.
