Janesville City Manager Mark Freitag is watching closely as the taliban takes over Afghanistan again.

The veteran who served in the middle east says it was troubling to him when Isis took over in Iraq, which took years. Freitag says it’s a travesty for Afghanistan and America to watch cities fall in minutes.

Freitag says the U.S. Department of Veterans Administration has provided resources to veterans who are struggling with what they are watching on TV after all the loss of life to get to this point.
