The Janesville City Clerk-Treasurer’s Office announces reduced hours after an employee tests positive for COVID-19.

To accommodate the process of having staff tested for COVID-19 and sanitizing the work area. the clerk’s office is closing at 2:00 p.m. Thursday.

From Friday, August 20th until Wednesday, September 1st, the Janesville City Clerk’s Office will only be open from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

The Clerk’s Office will resume normal hours of 7:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 2nd.

The Clerk’s Office can still be contacted by phone during the temporary operating hours.
