Motorists traveling the area of Highway 14 and 26 in Janesville will finally get a bit of relief from the road construction.

I-39/90 Project Communications Manager Steven Theisen says starting Tuesday motorists will be able to head south on the Interstate from Milton Avenue again, with the opening of the diverging diamond interchange.

The final configuration, expected this fall includes three lanes in both directions.

Theisen says all of the work is weather dependent and subject to change.
