Beloit Police are investigating a non-fatal shooting.

According to a Facebook post, officers were dispatched to the report of a shooting just before 5:00 Tuesday morning in the 1200 block of Summit Avenue.

Investigation determined a 45-year-old Janesville man was residing a bicycle in the area when the driver of a vehicle shot him.

The victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
