A local college ranks high in a personal-finance website’s review.  With “early decision” college-application deadlines looming, WalletHub has released its Best college and University Rankings.  Beloit College ranks number two in Wisconsin and tops for all private colleges in the state.  The University of Wisconsin-Madison ranked number one overall.  WalletHub says it compared higher-education institutions based on 30 key measures in seven categories including student selectivity, cost and financing, and career outcomes.
