The three properties that used to house the former General Motors Assembly plant don’t seem to be getting very many bites.

City Manager Mark Freitag says he has a meeting scheduled with the DNR the first week of November.

Fretiag says Commercial Development Company is working with the Department of Natural Resources to get a closure on the property and he doesn’t think they are there yet.

Freitag says the three properties are currently listed for auction but he hasn’t heard of any definitive interest.
