The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Officer releases the name of the 35-year-old Fort Atkinson man who died Saturday following a two-vehicle crash north of Milton.

The Rock County Sheriff’s Officer reports the crash happened about 3:30 Saturday afternoon on Highway 26 just north of Highway N.

The investigation shows a 37-year-old Fort Atkinson Man was driving a box truck, and hit the rear of a pick-up truck and trailer as it was turning into a driveway.

The passenger in the box truck, Jeremy T. Jorgensen, was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to a news release, preliminary results of the autopsy indicate that Jorgensen died from injuries sustained in the crash.
