A 40-year-old Whitewater man is accused of illegally killing a deer within the Janesville city limits.  Janesville police say Jason Kline was cited for trespassing, bow and crossbow hunting restrictions, and discharging a weapon in the city limits.  A news release states officers responded to complaints Wednesday of possible hunting violations near the landfill.  DNR wardens and Janesville police worked together in making the arrest..
