A 27-year-old Janesville man is facing charges after a shots fired incident in Beloit.  Brock R. Chancy Jr. is charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety after an incident August 7th.  The criminal complaint indicates officers responded to the area of White Avenue and Riverside Drive a little before 10:30 in the evening for a report of a man pointing a gun at a vehicle before firing and driving away.  Police say when they caught up with Chancy, he told them he thought the safety was on before it fired.  Chancy is scheduled to make his initial court appearance Tuesday morning.
