The new Humane Society of Southern Wisconsin facility on County G south of Janesville is expected to be open to the public by next spring.  Executive Director Jim McMullen says construction is back on schedule after some supply chain interruptions.  McMullen says the expectation is to be under roof by Christmas and moved in by March.  He says fundraising for the 16,500 square foot facility is also going well, with only about $600 thousand, of the $4.6 million goal, still needed.
