A 28-year-old Janesville man is facing a variety of charges after being picked up for operating while intoxicated.  Janesville police say Clayton White Sr. was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Friday after being stopped for traffic violations in the area of Highway 14 and North Wuthering Hills Drive.  Police say the investigating officer identified signs of impairment leading to White’s arrest on a charge of 4th offense operating while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 16.  White was also charged with child neglect, possession of narcotics, and a probation-parole violation.
