A 29-year-old Madison woman is facing Operating while Intoxicated charges after a motor vehicle crash south of Milton.  The Rock County Sheriff’s Office reports deputies were dispatched a little after 10:30 p.m. Sunday to check on the welfare of two people walking in the area of East Bingham and North Henke Roads.  Deputies say the two appeared intoxicated, and a vehicle was found crashed nearby.  Philomena A. Martin was identified as the driver and arrested on a charge of felony Fourth Offense Operating While Intoxicated.
