The Whitewater Police Chief is under investigation.  City officials say Chief Aaron Raap has been placed on paid administrative leave.  Deputy Chief Dan Meyer will serve as acting police chief.  A news release from the city states an internal investigation will be conducted by an outside agency.  The leave is not considered punitive, but citing the ongoing investigation, officials say no further information will be released at this time.
