The concrete is barely dry on West Milwaukee Street in Janesville but changes are already in the works.

City Council President Doug Marklein says the current angled parking will be replaced with parallel parking.

Marklein says drivers on the cross streets have complained about visibility.

Marklein says unfortunately the number of parking spaces will be reduced.

According to a City news release, the parking changes on West Milwaukee Street will be happening this week if weather permits.
