Rock County Board members have until 5:00 p.m. Friday to declare their non-candidacy.  The latest to add their name to a growing list is Wayne Gustina.  Gustina is the incumbent in the newly adopted County Board Supervisory District 13 representing newly adopted Beloit Wards 2, 3, and 10.  Joining Gustina in declaring their intentions not to run include Jacob Taylor, Stephanie Aegerter, Bob Yeomans, and Wes Davis.
