A preliminary hearing is being planned for a former Rock County Sheriff’s deputy facing charges including First-degree Sexual Contact with a person under 13.  The criminal complaint indicates 34-year-old Gary A. Huber is accused of assaulted boys as young as eight-years-old.  Huber was arrested in Fort Wayne, Indiana on December 13th, and is currently being held on $25 thousand cash bond in the Walworth County Jail.  his preliminary hearing date is set for January 25th.
