The current spike in inflation is being caused more by supply chain issues than any federal legislation according to a local Congressman.  Second District Representative Mark Pocan says when some items began to become scarce, companies simply began to charge more.  Pocan says COVID has taught us a lot about supply chain issues, and the perils of depending so much on foreign made goods.  The Democrat also contends leading economists report the Build Back Better plan is actually expected to have anti-inflationary measures.
