One of the two men accused of robbing a Beloit motel on January 8th makes an appearance in Rock County Court.
42-year-old Joshua Vega-Kelley waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of party to the crime of robbery with use of force Tuesday morning.
Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer bound Vega-Kelley over for trial and his attorney James Fitzgerald entered a not guilty plea.
Vega-Kelley and Cory Kiser are accused of committing the robbery about 10:00 in the morning at a motel in the 1800 block of South Riverside Drive.
Kiser hasn’t been arrested yet and Vega-Kelley is free on a $500 cash bond.
