The Janesville man found by police in a hotel room with a missing girl from out-of-state last month makes an appearance in Rock County Court.

21-year-old Jose Delgado Siaca waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of second degree sexual assault of a child and child enticement Thursday afternoon.

Court Commissioner Stephen Meyer bound Delgado Siaca over for trial and he entered a plea of not guilty.

A jury trial is expected to be set for the future.

Delgado Siaca is accused of hiding out at a Janesville motel with a juvenile that had been reported missing from from New Britain, Connecticut.
