Janesville police plan to honor their own and more during a special awards ceremony.  Deputy Chief Chad Pearson says both officers and civilians will be recognized for exemplary public service.  Pearson says awards range from meritorious service to business recognition.  The public is encouraged to attend the ceremony planned for 6:30 p.m. Thursday at Rotary Gardens.
