State Representative Sue Conley of Janesville’s 44th Assembly District will grow under new legislative voting maps approved by the State Supreme Court.  The court Thursday chose maps supplied by Democratic Governor Tony Evers over those submitted by Republicans.  Conley says the court ruled in favor of the fewest changes to the maps drawn by Republicans after the 2010 census.  She adds her district will expand to the north and south by about one-thousand voters.  The Democrat predicts the new maps will make some districts more competitive.  The new maps go into effect in time for the fall elections.
